2018 Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting Event

Everyone is invited to join us on Blackwell Street along the parade route to see the Christmas Parade and join us at JFK Park for the Christmas Tree Lighting!

and the Board of Aldermen invite you to the 

2018 Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting Event

Friday, November 30, 2018  -  6:30 PM

Parade begins at the corner of W. Blackwell Street and Towpath Square to N. Bergen Street to JFK Commons Park.

Come out and cheer on the Dover High School Marching Band, Club Colombia, Boy Scout Troop #64, Dover/Wharton/Mine Hill Girl Scouts, Dover Fire Department, Dover Police Department, Bunky's Heavy Towing, Dover Faith Based Organization, Dover Strikers Recreation Soccer, Dover Strikers Travel Soccer, Morris County Park Police Mounted Unit, and Nielson Chevrolet.

See Santa & Mrs. Claus in a horse-drawn carriage riding down Blackwell Street along with Christmas characters who will be passing out candy.

Tree Lighting Ceremony Starts at 7:00 PM

SANTA ARRIVES ON A FIRE TRUCK!!

Join Mayor Dodd and Santa as they light the Holiday Tree!

7th Day Adventist Church Choir will sing holiday carols as the children visit Santa.

Dover Volunteer Fire Department will be serving hot chocolate and donuts.

Dover FMBA Local #60 and Dover PBA Local #107 will be donating treats.
