SFY2021 Small Cities CDBG Program Public Hearing - Due to the COVID19 pandemic the hearing will be held by Zoom at 5:00p.m. on August 25th, 2020.  To attend by phone, please dial 929-205-6099.  The Meeting ID will be 951-0331-3322 and the Passocode is 362533.  To attend by computer, the Meeting ID is 951-0331-3322 and the Passcode is 1ZgQer.  

 

2020 GENERAL ELECTION - November 3, 2020 - The 2020 General Election is being conducted primarily by mail per Executive Order signed by Governor Murphy.  Voters should return thier Vote-By Ballott which will be mailed out by the County of Morris.  

If you have a disability and need an accessible ballott, you may vote at a polling place on election day, where you will be given a headset and accessible device to allow you to case your vote.  The sole voting location in the Town of Dover at this time will be the Sacred Heart Parish Center, 37 North Essex Street, Gym (Auditorium).  

All other voters are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO VOTE BY MAIL.
